十三屆全國(guó)人大二次會(huì)議新聞中心于3月8日（星期五）10時(shí)在梅地亞中心新聞發(fā)布廳舉行記者會(huì)，邀請(qǐng)國(guó)務(wù)委員兼外交部長(zhǎng)王毅就“中國(guó)外交政策和對(duì)外關(guān)系”相關(guān)問題回答中外記者提問。

中國(guó)外交正站在新的歷史起點(diǎn)

The world is experiencing profound shifts unseen in a century and the Chinese diplomacy has reached a new starting point, Wang Yi said at a press conference on the sidelines of the second session of the 13th National People's Congress in Beijing on Friday.

王毅說(shuō)，當(dāng)今世界正處于百年未有之大變局。中國(guó)外交正站在新的歷史起點(diǎn)。

"We will remain on the path of peaceful development, work for win-win outcome, uphold existing international systems and shoulder more international responsibilities," he said.

他說(shuō)：“我們將堅(jiān)持和平發(fā)展道路，踐行合作共贏理念，維護(hù)現(xiàn)有國(guó)際體系，承擔(dān)更多的國(guó)際責(zé)任?！?/p>

Wang said, over the past 70 years since the foundation of the People's Republic of China, Chinese diplomacy has established a fine tradition with distinctive features.

王毅說(shuō)，今年是新中國(guó)成立70周年。70年來(lái)，具有中國(guó)特色的外交理論體系不斷豐富發(fā)展，形成了一系列優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和鮮明特色。

朝鮮半島問題

China has been committed to denuclearization and the peaceful settlement of the Korean Peninsula issue and its role is irreplaceable, Wang Yi said on Friday.

王毅說(shuō)，中國(guó)在朝鮮半島問題上始終堅(jiān)持無(wú)核化目標(biāo)，堅(jiān)持維護(hù)半島和平穩(wěn)定。中國(guó)的作用不可替代。

The Hanoi summit between Pyongyang and Washington was an important step to solve the issue, Wang told a news conference.

王毅說(shuō)，我們認(rèn)為朝美領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人河內(nèi)會(huì)晤是政治解決半島核問題進(jìn)程當(dāng)中的重要一步。

The leaders from both countries overcame obstacles and exchanged views face-to-face in a candid way, which is a positive progress and should be applauded, he said.

王毅說(shuō)，雙方能夠克服障礙，再次聚首，面對(duì)面坦誠(chéng)交換意見，這本身就是積極進(jìn)展，就值得充分肯定。

第二屆“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高峰論壇將在北京舉行

President Xi Jinping will attend the opening ceremony of the second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) in late April in Beijing and deliver a keynote speech, Wang Yi said.

王毅說(shuō)，第二屆“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高峰論壇已經(jīng)確定將于4月下旬在北京舉辦。屆時(shí)，習(xí)近平主席將出席高峰論壇開幕式并發(fā)表主旨演講。

Xi will also chair a leaders' roundtable, he said.

王毅說(shuō)，習(xí)近平主席將全程主持領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人圓桌峰會(huì)。

The number of foreign heads of state and government expected to attend will be much more than that of the first BRF, Wang said, noting that it will be a much bigger event with thousands of delegates from over 100 countries expected to attend.

王毅說(shuō)，預(yù)定出席的外國(guó)國(guó)家元首和政府首腦人數(shù)將明顯超過首屆論壇。屆時(shí)將會(huì)有來(lái)自100多個(gè)國(guó)家的數(shù)千名各界代表與會(huì)。
