十三屆全國(guó)人大三次會(huì)議5月25日在北京舉行第二場(chǎng)“部長(zhǎng)通道”。工信部部長(zhǎng)苗圩表示，目前，我國(guó)每周大概增加1萬(wàn)多個(gè)5G基站，4月份單月新增700多萬(wàn)個(gè)5G用戶，國(guó)內(nèi)5G用戶累計(jì)已超過(guò)3600萬(wàn)。

“More than 10,000 new 5G base stations are being built in China every week, as the nation scrambles to accelerate commercialization of the super-fast wireless technology.”

工信部部長(zhǎng)苗圩說(shuō)：“今年以來(lái)5G加快了建設(shè)速度?，F(xiàn)在每一周大概要增加1萬(wàn)多個(gè)5G基站?！?/p>

Miao Wei, minister of Industry and Information Technology, said in April alone, more than 7 million mobile users subscribed to telecom carriers' 5G data package plans.

苗圩表示，5G用戶僅4月份一個(gè)月，就增加了700多萬(wàn)。

The increase brought the total number of China's 5G mobile subscribers to more than 36 million by the end of April.

截至4月底，我國(guó)5G用戶累計(jì)已經(jīng)超過(guò)3600萬(wàn)。

Miao said 5G technologies have already played an active part in supporting remote medical services, video interviews and assistance in other areas.

苗圩說(shuō)，5G技術(shù)在支持遠(yuǎn)程會(huì)診、視頻連線和其它領(lǐng)域都起到了積極的作用。
