二、“十三五”時期發(fā)展成就和“十四五”時期主要目標任務

“十三五”時期我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展取得的歷史性成就：

經(jīng)濟運行總體平穩(wěn)，經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)持續(xù)優(yōu)化，國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值從不到70萬億元增加到超過100萬億元；

The economy performed stably overall, and its structure was continuously improved. GDP increased from less than 70 trillion yuan to over 100 trillion yuan;

創(chuàng)新型國家建設成果豐碩，在載人航天、探月工程、深海工程、超級計算、量子信息等領(lǐng)域取得一批重大科技成果；

Much was accomplished toward making China a country of innovators, with major advances in manned spaceflight, lunar exploration, deep-sea engineering, supercomputing, quantum information, and other areas;

5575萬農(nóng)村貧困人口實現(xiàn)脫貧，區(qū)域性整體貧困得到解決；

China's entire rural poor population, 55.75 million in number, was lifted out of poverty, and regional poverty was successfully eradicated.

1億農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口和其他常住人口在城鎮(zhèn)落戶目標順利實現(xiàn)，城鎮(zhèn)棚戶區(qū)住房改造超過2100萬套；

The goal of granting urban residency to 100 million people from rural areas and other permanent residents without local household registration was met. More than 21 million housing units in run-down urban areas were rebuilt.

人民生活水平顯著提高，城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)超過6000萬人，建成世界上規(guī)模最大的社會保障體系。

The living standards of our people rose significantly. Over 60 million urban jobs were added, and the world’s largest social security system was established.

“十四五”時期經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展主要目標和重大任務：

著力提升發(fā)展質(zhì)量效益，保持經(jīng)濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。城鎮(zhèn)調(diào)查失業(yè)率控制在5.5％以內(nèi)。

Improve the quality and effectiveness of development and maintain sustained and healthy economic growth. Keep the surveyed urban unemployment rate within 5.5 percent.

堅持創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展，加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系。

Pursue innovation-driven development and accelerate modernization of the industrial system.

形成強大國內(nèi)市場，構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局。

Create a robust domestic market and foster a new development pattern.

全面推進鄉(xiāng)村振興，完善新型城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略。常住人口城鎮(zhèn)化率提高到65％。

Advance rural revitalization across the board and improve the new urbanization strategy. Raise the percentage of permanent urban residents to 65 percent of the population.

優(yōu)化區(qū)域經(jīng)濟布局，促進區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。

Improve regional economic structures and promote coordinated regional development.

全面深化改革開放，持續(xù)增強發(fā)展動力和活力。

Advance reform and opening-up across the board and bolster the momentum and vitality of development.

推動綠色發(fā)展，促進人與自然和諧共生。森林覆蓋率達到24.1％。

Promote green development and ensure harmony between humanity and nature. Expand forest coverage to 24.1 percent of China’s total land area.

持續(xù)增進民生福祉，扎實推動共同富裕。勞動年齡人口平均受教育年限提高到11.3年。人均預期壽命再提高1歲?；攫B(yǎng)老保險參保率提高到95％。

Improve people’s wellbeing and strive for common prosperity. The average number of years of schooling among the working-age population is expected to rise to 11.3. Raise the average life expectancy by one year. Coverage of basic old-age insurance reaches 95 percent of the population.
