China Daily and its Discover Beautiful China platform (dbc.chinaservicesinfo.com), China Daily Website and China Daily App are calling for submissions of photos and videos from now until Oct 20, 2022.
Organizations and individuals, both in China and around the world, are welcome to share with us works depicting the beautiful country of China.

Among prizes/awards to be given to the individual winners, we offer a top prize of up to 10,000 yuan (approximately $1,496). Winning organizations will receive trophies and certificates for their distinguished contribution. Some of the best works have a chance to be featured on the China Daily Website, dbc.chinaservicesinfo.com, and China Daily App (with 37 million users).

1. The organizers reserve the right to refuse any entries that involve pornography, violence, or commercial advertisements, or works that are considered in violation of Chinese laws and acknowledged moral standards.
提交作品不得含有色情、暴力、違反法律法規(guī)和道德規(guī)范或商業(yè)廣告內(nèi)容。
2. The author owns the copyright and has the right of authorship of the entries. By submitting an entry, each participant irrevocably agrees that they grant the organizers the permanent right to freely use the work in this activity or other projects. Usage of the entries includes but is not limited to editing them for playing, publication, posters and exhibitions.
作品版權(quán)歸作者所有，并享有署名權(quán)。參與者提交作品即視為同意授權(quán)主辦方及承辦單位免費(fèi)無(wú)限期在本活動(dòng)中及其他項(xiàng)目使用該作品。使用方式包括但不限于對(duì)作品進(jìn)行剪輯加工、用于放映、出版、海報(bào)、展覽等用途。
3. Participants promise that entries are created by themselves and do not infringe on the copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, rights to reputation or other legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If there is violation of that requirement, the organizers reserve the right to unilaterally revoke the participant’s eligibility to win a prize at any stage. Participants shall bear all legal responsibilities and any losses or damages resulting from copyright disputes.

4. By submitting an entry to the activity, the participant will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which China Daily reserves the right to interpret.
