三個“務必”
全黨同志務必不忘初心、牢記使命，務必謙虛謹慎、艱苦奮斗，務必敢于斗爭、善于斗爭，堅定歷史自信，增強歷史主動，譜寫新時代中國特色社會主義更加絢麗的華章。
It is imperative that all of us in the Party never forget our original aspiration and founding mission, that we always stay modest, prudent, and hard-working, and that we have the courage and ability to carry on our fight. We must remain confident in our history, exhibit greater historical initiative, and write an even more magnificent chapter for socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
十年來三件大事
十年來，我們經歷了對黨和人民事業(yè)具有重大現實意義和深遠歷史意義的三件大事：一是迎來中國共產黨成立一百周年，二是中國特色社會主義進入新時代，三是完成脫貧攻堅、全面建成小康社會的歷史任務，實現第一個百年奮斗目標。
The past decade marked three major events of great immediate importance and profound historical significance for the cause of the Party and the people.
We embraced the centenary of the Communist Party of China; we ushered in a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics; and we eradicated absolute poverty and finished building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, thus completing the First Centenary Goal.
跳出治亂興衰
歷史周期率的第二個答案
經過不懈努力，黨找到了自我革命這一跳出治亂興衰歷史周期率的第二個答案，確保黨永遠不變質、不變色、不變味。
Through painstaking efforts, the Party has found a second answer to the question of how to escape the historical cycle of rise and fall: The answer is self-reform. By doing so, we have ensured that the Party will never change its nature, its conviction, or its character.
歸根到底是兩個“行”
實踐告訴我們，中國共產黨為什么能，中國特色社會主義為什么好，歸根到底是馬克思主義行，是中國化時代化的馬克思主義行。
Our experience has taught us that, at the fundamental level, we owe the success of our Party and socialism with Chinese characteristics to the fact that Marxism works, particularly when it is adapted to the Chinese context and the needs of our times.
中國共產黨的中心任務
從現在起，中國共產黨的中心任務就是團結帶領全國各族人民全面建成社會主義現代化強國、實現第二個百年奮斗目標，以中國式現代化全面推進中華民族偉大復興。
From this day forward, the central task of the CPC will be to lead the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in a concerted effort to realize the Second Centenary Goal of building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects and to advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization.
中國式現代化的本質要求
中國式現代化的本質要求是：堅持中國共產黨領導，堅持中國特色社會主義，實現高質量發(fā)展，發(fā)展全過程人民民主，豐富人民精神世界，實現全體人民共同富裕，促進人與自然和諧共生，推動構建人類命運共同體，創(chuàng)造人類文明新形態(tài)。
The essential requirements of Chinese modernization are as follows: upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China and socialism with Chinese characteristics, pursuing high-quality development, developing whole-process people's democracy, enriching the people's cultural lives, achieving common prosperity for all, promoting harmony between humanity and nature, building a human community with a shared future, and creating a new form of human advancement.
牢牢把握五個重大原則
我們必須增強憂患意識，堅持底線思維，做到居安思危、未雨綢繆，準備經受風高浪急甚至驚濤駭浪的重大考驗。前進道路上，必須牢牢把握以下重大原則：
We must be more mindful of potential dangers, be prepared to deal with worst-case scenarios, and be ready to withstand high winds, choppy waters, and even dangerous storms. On the journey ahead, we must firmly adhere to the following major principles.
堅持和加強黨的全面領導
Upholding and strengthening the Party's overall leadership.
堅持中國特色社會主義道路
Following the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
堅持以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想
Applying a people-centered development philosophy.
堅持深化改革開放
Remaining committed to deepening reform and opening-up.

Carrying forward our fighting spirit.
全面建設社會主義現代化國家的首要任務
高質量發(fā)展是全面建設社會主義現代化國家的首要任務。發(fā)展是黨執(zhí)政興國的第一要務。沒有堅實的物質技術基礎，就不可能全面建成社會主義現代化強國。
To build a modern socialist country in all respects, we must, first and foremost, pursue high-quality development. Development is our Party's top priority in governing and rejuvenating China, for without solid material and technological foundations, we cannot hope to build a great modern socialist country in all respects.
全面建設社會主義現代化國家的基礎性、戰(zhàn)略性支撐
教育、科技、人才是全面建設社會主義現代化國家的基礎性、戰(zhàn)略性支撐。必須堅持科技是第一生產力、人才是第一資源、創(chuàng)新是第一動力，深入實施科教興國戰(zhàn)略、人才強國戰(zhàn)略、創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，開辟發(fā)展新領域新賽道，不斷塑造發(fā)展新動能新優(yōu)勢。
We must regard science and technology as our primary productive force, talent as our primary resource, and innovation as our primary driver of growth. We will fully implement the strategy for invigorating China through science and education, the workforce development strategy, and the innovation-driven development strategy. We will open up new areas and new arenas in development and steadily foster new growth drivers and new strengths.
人民民主是社會主義的生命
人民民主是社會主義的生命，是全面建設社會主義現代化國家的應有之義。全過程人民民主是社會主義民主政治的本質屬性，是最廣泛、最真實、最管用的民主。
People's democracy is the lifeblood of socialism, and it is integral to our efforts to build a modern socialist country in all respects. Whole-process people's democracy is the defining feature of socialist democracy; it is democracy in its broadest, most genuine, and most effectiveform.
在法治軌道上全面建設社會主義現代化國家
全面依法治國是國家治理的一場深刻革命，關系黨執(zhí)政興國，關系人民幸福安康，關系黨和國家長治久安。
The comprehensive advancement of law-based governance has been a profound revolution in China's governance. Law-based governance is important for the Party's success in governing and rejuvenating the country, for the wellbeing of the people, and for the long-term stability of the Party and the country.
全面建設社會主義現代化國家
必須堅持中國特色社會主義文化發(fā)展道路
全面建設社會主義現代化國家，必須堅持中國特色社會主義文化發(fā)展道路，增強文化自信，圍繞舉旗幟、聚民心、育新人、興文化、展形象建設社會主義文化強國，發(fā)展面向現代化、面向世界、面向未來的，民族的科學的大眾的社會主義文化，激發(fā)全民族文化創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)造活力，增強實現中華民族偉大復興的精神力量。
In the efforts to turn China into a country with a strong socialist culture, the CPC will focus on upholding socialism with Chinese characteristics, rallying public support, fostering a new generation of young people, developing Chinese culture, and better presenting China to the world.
The Party will develop a sound, people-oriented socialist culture for the nation that embraces modernization, the world, and the future, ignite the cultural creativity of the entire nation, and build a powerful source of inspiration for realizing national rejuvenation.
為民造福是立黨為公、執(zhí)政為民的本質要求
江山就是人民，人民就是江山。中國共產黨領導人民打江山、守江山，守的是人民的心。治國有常，利民為本。為民造福是立黨為公、執(zhí)政為民的本質要求。
This country is its people; the people are the country. As the Communist Party of China has led the people in fighting to establish and develop the People's Republic, it has really been fighting for their support. Bringing benefit to the people is the fundamental principle of governance. Working for the people's wellbeing is an essential part of the Party's commitment to serving the public good and exercising governance for the people.
全面建設社會主義現代化國家的內在要求
尊重自然、順應自然、保護自然，是全面建設社會主義現代化國家的內在要求。必須牢固樹立和踐行綠水青山就是金山銀山的理念，站在人與自然和諧共生的高度謀劃發(fā)展。
Respecting, adapting to, and protecting nature is essential for building China into a modern socialist country in all respects. We must uphold and act on the principle that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, and we must remember to maintain harmony between humanity and nature when planning our development.
國家安全是民族復興的根基
國家安全是民族復興的根基，社會穩(wěn)定是國家強盛的前提。必須堅定不移貫徹總體國家安全觀，把維護國家安全貫穿黨和國家工作各方面全過程，確保國家安全和社會穩(wěn)定。
National security is the bedrock of national rejuvenation, and social stability is a prerequisite for building a strong and prosperous China. We must resolutely pursue a holistic approach to national security and promote national security in all areas and stages of the work of the Party and the country, so as to ensure national security and social stability.
全面建設社會主義現代化國家的戰(zhàn)略要求
如期實現建軍一百年奮斗目標，加快把人民軍隊建成世界一流軍隊，是全面建設社會主義現代化國家的戰(zhàn)略要求。
Achieving the goals for the centenary of the People's Liberation Army in 2027 and more quickly elevating our people's armed forces to world-class standards are strategic tasks for building a modern socialist country in all respects.
偉大創(chuàng)舉
“一國兩制”是中國特色社會主義的偉大創(chuàng)舉，是香港、澳門回歸后保持長期繁榮穩(wěn)定的最佳制度安排，必須長期堅持。
The policy of "one country, two systems" is a great innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It has proven to be the best institutional arrangement for ensuring sustained prosperity and stability in Hong Kong and Macao after their return to the motherland. This policy must be adhered to over the long term.
必須時刻保持解決大黨獨有難題的清醒和堅定
我們黨作為世界上最大的馬克思主義執(zhí)政黨，要始終贏得人民擁護、鞏固長期執(zhí)政地位，必須時刻保持解決大黨獨有難題的清醒和堅定。
As the largest Marxist governing party in the world, the CPC must always stay alert and determined to tackle the special challenges that a large party like the CPC faces, so as to maintain the people's support and consolidate its position as the long-term governing party.
五個“必由之路”
全黨必須牢記，堅持黨的全面領導是堅持和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義的必由之路，中國特色社會主義是實現中華民族偉大復興的必由之路，團結奮斗是中國人民創(chuàng)造歷史偉業(yè)的必由之路，貫徹新發(fā)展理念是新時代我國發(fā)展壯大的必由之路，全面從嚴治黨是黨永葆生機活力、走好新的趕考之路的必由之路。
All of us in the Party must remember: Upholding the Party's overall leadership is the path we must take to uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics; building socialism with Chinese characteristics is the path we must take to realize the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation; striving in unity is the path the Chinese people must take to create great historic achievements; implementing the new development philosophy is the path China must take to grow stronger in the new era; and exercising full and rigorous self-governance is the path the Party must take to maintain its vigor and pass new tests on the road ahead.
