日前，第88次中國改革國際論壇在海南海口召開，與會專家圍繞結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型與結(jié)構(gòu)性改革開展討論。專家指出，要以結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型跨越高質(zhì)量發(fā)展門檻，加快推進以制度型開放為重點的高水平對外開放進程。

China's structural transformation, which takes the economic transition as the mainstay, will lay a solid foundation for the country's high-quality development and inject strong impetus into global economic growth, according to experts attending the 88th International Forum on China Reform in Haikou, the capital of Hainan province.

在海南海口舉行的第88次中國改革國際論壇上，與會專家指出，中國以經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型為主線的結(jié)構(gòu)性改革將為中國的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展奠定堅實基礎(chǔ)，為全球經(jīng)濟增長注入強勁動力。

High-quality development is the top priority of building a modern socialist country in all respects, said Kuang Xianming, deputy head of the Hainan-based China Institute for Reform and Development. China is at a critical juncture in its structural transformation and upgrading, a process that is playing an indispensable role in fostering high-quality development, he said.

中國（海南）改革發(fā)展研究院副院長匡賢明指出，高質(zhì)量發(fā)展是全面建設(shè)社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家的首要任務(wù)，中國正處于結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵時期，而結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級對于推動高質(zhì)量發(fā)展發(fā)揮著不可或缺的作用。

The country should deepen the market-oriented reform of production factors, break monopolies in the service sector, establish a unified domestic market, improve intellectual property protection, and promote the reform of the education system in order to push forward structural transformation, Kuang said.

匡賢明表示，為了推動結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型，我國應(yīng)該深化以市場為導(dǎo)向的生產(chǎn)要素改革，打破服務(wù)行業(yè)的壟斷，建設(shè)全國統(tǒng)一大市場，加強知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護，推進教育體制改革。

More efforts should be made to advance high-level opening-up, he said, with an emphasis on further opening the market in fields such as advanced manufacturing and services, and bolstering international cooperation in scientific and technological innovation.

匡賢明指出，要加大力度推進高水平對外開放，重點開放先進制造業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域的市場，加強科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域的國際合作。

China's structural transformation is expected to continuously unleash the domestic economy's growth potential and serve as an important driving force for global economic development, he added.

匡賢明表示，中國的結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型將會持續(xù)釋放我國經(jīng)濟的增長潛力，并成為全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要推動力。

China's contribution to global economic growth averaged 38.6 percent from 2013 to 2021, according to the World Bank data, making it the largest contributor.

世界銀行數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2013-2021年，我國對世界經(jīng)濟增長的平均貢獻率達38.6%，在全球居首。

Fan Gang, president of the China Development Institute, a Shenzhen-based think tank, called for efforts to give full play to the innovative vitality of private businesses, and strengthen enterprises' core position in technological innovation.

中國（深圳）綜合開發(fā)研究院院長樊綱指出，要充分發(fā)揮民營企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新活力，優(yōu)化以企業(yè)為核心的科技創(chuàng)新體制。

China's innovation capabilities have grown significantly. The nation moved up to 11th place on the World Intellectual Property Organization's Global Innovation Index 2022, which was 23 places higher than its 2012 ranking.

近年來我國的創(chuàng)新能力顯著提高。在世界知識產(chǎn)權(quán)組織發(fā)布的2022年《全球創(chuàng)新指數(shù)報告》中，中國的排名上升至第11位，較2012年提升了23位。

"We need to combine expanding domestic demand with deepening supply-side structural reform," Zhang Zhanbin, head of the School of Marxism at the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, also known as the National Academy of Governance.

中央黨校（國家行政學(xué)院）馬克思主義學(xué)院院長張占斌認為，要把實施擴大內(nèi)需戰(zhàn)略同深化供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革有機結(jié)合起來。

Zhang said the country should increase its total factor productivity, improve its scientific and technological innovation mechanism, promote the integration of the digital economy with real economy and gain a competitive edge in digital technologies globally.

張占斌指出，我國應(yīng)提高全要素生產(chǎn)率，優(yōu)化科技創(chuàng)新機制，推動數(shù)字經(jīng)濟和實體經(jīng)濟的融合，在全球數(shù)字技術(shù)領(lǐng)域搶占競爭優(yōu)勢。

Liu Xinghua, director of the Chinese Center for Economic and Financial Studies of the China Institute for Innovation and Development Strategy, who is also a distinguished professor of Tongji University, stressed the need to build a high-standard socialist market economy and improve the efficient technological innovation system to further stimulate the vitality of the economy through deepening reform and opening-up.

中科院國創(chuàng)會中國經(jīng)濟與金融研究中心主任、同濟大學(xué)特聘教授劉興華指出，要通過深化改革開放，構(gòu)建高水平社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制，構(gòu)建完善高效的科技創(chuàng)新體系，以進一步激發(fā)經(jīng)濟活力。
