商務(wù)部副部長王受文在亞太經(jīng)合組織（APEC）第三十四屆部長級會議上指出，APEC要秉持開放的區(qū)域主義，堅持亞太自貿(mào)區(qū)主渠道地位，避免在區(qū)域內(nèi)搞封閉排他的“小圈子”。

Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation economies should uphold the principles of open regionalism and avoid the formation of closed and exclusive "small blocs" within the region, said a senior government official.

商務(wù)部高級官員表示，亞太經(jīng)合組織經(jīng)濟(jì)體應(yīng)該秉持開放的區(qū)域主義，避免在區(qū)域內(nèi)搞封閉排他的“小圈子”。

Addressing the 2023 APEC Ministerial Meeting in San Francisco, Wang Shouwen, China's international trade representative and vice-minister of commerce, said that APEC should actively promote the upcoming 13th Ministerial Conference (MC13) of the World Trade Organization to resume the operation of the dispute settlement mechanism, reinforce food security, achieve temporary tariff exemptions for electronic transmissions and facilitate accession of new members. The MC13 will take place Feb 26-29 in Abu Dhabi.

The meeting focused on topics such as supporting the multilateral trade system, regional economic integration, supply chain cooperation, digital economy and promoting inclusivity and sustainable trade and investment, the Ministry of Commerce said in an online statement on Thursday.

Wang called for holding a high-level officials' meeting again before the MC13 to build consensus. With an open attitude, APEC should push for the goals set forth in joint statements and initiatives, such as investment facilitation, and integrate them into a multilateral framework, he added.

王受文呼吁在MC13前再次舉行高官會，凝聚共識。他提出，APEC要秉持開放態(tài)度，推動投資便利化等聯(lián)合聲明倡議取得成果并納入多邊框架。

China's foreign trade with other APEC economies amounted to $3.74 trillion in 2022, representing 59.7 percent of the country's total import and export value. Among China's top 10 trading partners, eight of them are APEC economies, said the Ministry of Commerce.

商務(wù)部數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2022年我國與APEC成員進(jìn)出口總額達(dá)到3.74萬億美元，占我國進(jìn)出口總額的59.7%。中國前十大貿(mào)易伙伴中有8個是APEC成員。

China is the largest trading partner of 13 APEC economies. A total of 15 APEC economies have signed free trade agreements with China.

中國是13個APEC經(jīng)濟(jì)體的第一大貿(mào)易伙伴。APEC有15個經(jīng)濟(jì)體和我國簽署了自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定。

Foreign direct investment from other APEC economies utilized by China accounted for 86.6 percent of the country's total FDI in 2022, while five APEC economies were listed among the top 10 sources of foreign investment, the ministry added.

根據(jù)商務(wù)部數(shù)據(jù)，2022年我國利用APEC經(jīng)濟(jì)體投資占我國外資總額的86.6%；我國前十大外資來源地中，5個是APEC成員。

Wang said APEC should uphold the central role of the Free Trade Area of the Asia-Pacific. The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership agreement and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership are the two possible paths for the FTAAP that have been jointly determined by APEC leaders. It is essential to adhere to openness, inclusiveness and continuously advance the expansion process to benefit more economies.

王受文指出，APEC要堅持亞太自貿(mào)區(qū)主渠道地位。《區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定》（RCEP）和《全面與進(jìn)步跨太平洋伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定》（CPTPP）是APEC領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人共同確定的亞太自貿(mào)區(qū)兩條可能路徑，要堅持開放包容、不斷推進(jìn)擴員進(jìn)程，以惠及更多經(jīng)濟(jì)體。

The vice-minister said that development should be prioritized, taking full account of the interests of developing economies. China is willing to enhance practical cooperation in the digital economy and green growth with more APEC economies.

王受文表示，要堅持發(fā)展優(yōu)先，充分照顧發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟(jì)體的利益。中方愿與更多APEC經(jīng)濟(jì)體加強數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)和綠色發(fā)展領(lǐng)域務(wù)實合作。

As the International Monetary Fund has upwardly revised its growth projection for the Chinese economy in 2023, raising it from 5 percent to 5.4 percent, Wang said China will further expand high-standard opening-up, share development opportunities of its vast market with other APEC economies and the world, and jointly promote high-quality development and prosperity.

國際貨幣基金組織近日將2023 年中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長預(yù)期從5%上調(diào)為5.4%。王受文表示，中方將進(jìn)一步擴大高水平對外開放，愿與APEC 經(jīng)濟(jì)體和全球分享中國大市場發(fā)展機遇，共同推進(jìn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展與繁榮。

Echoing that sentiment, Robert Yap, executive chairman of YCH Group, a Singapore-based logistics conglomerate, said the company will provide more supply chain solutions in the Asia-Pacific region to become a vital connecting point for China's regional trade and supply chains.

新加坡大型物流企業(yè)葉水福集團(tuán)的執(zhí)行主席葉進(jìn)國表示，葉水福集團(tuán)將在亞太地區(qū)提供更多供應(yīng)鏈解決方案，成為中國區(qū)域貿(mào)易和供應(yīng)鏈的重要紐帶。

YCH Group announced two strategic partnerships with Chinese firms during the sixth China International Import Expo in Shanghai earlier this month.

本月早些時候，葉水福集團(tuán)在上海舉行的第六屆中國國際進(jìn)口博覽會上宣布和兩家中國企業(yè)達(dá)成了戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系。

"These collaborative endeavors transcend traditional business ventures, offering innovative solutions to surmount the operational challenges of international business expansion while providing substantial benefits to Chinese companies seeking market expansion into member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations," Yap said.
