China, along with other countries, will work toward the common goal of advancing trade and investment liberation and facilitation, officials and executives said on Monday. In tandem with other countries, the country will harness opportunities presented by the ongoing technological revolution, and maintain an open and rules-based trading system, to inject much-needed momentum into global economic recovery, they said.
官員和高管周一表示，中國將與其他國家一道，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)推進(jìn)貿(mào)易和投資自由化便利化的共同目標(biāo)。利用正在進(jìn)行的技術(shù)革命帶來的機(jī)遇，保持開放和基于規(guī)則的貿(mào)易體系，為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇注入急需的動(dòng)力。

The rise in protectionism in some parts of the world is exacerbating the already fraught global economic and geopolitical situation, said Dilma Rousseff, president of the New Development Bank.
新開發(fā)銀行行長迪爾瑪·羅塞夫表示，一些地區(qū)保護(hù)主義的上升加劇了已經(jīng)緊張的全球經(jīng)濟(jì)和地緣政治局勢。

As the world's second-largest economy, China's economic performance brings much-needed stability to the world's economy. China's commitment to an open world economy is clear, Rousseff said.
羅塞夫稱，作為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體，中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)表現(xiàn)為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來了急需的穩(wěn)定。中國致力于開放的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)目標(biāo)是明確的。

The Belt and Road Initiative, for instance, is one of the most important platforms for investment in infrastructure projects across the world, Rousseff said, adding that the initiative accounted for more than $1 trillion in investments in 10 years. Trade between the countries participating in the initiative grew by 6.4 percent annually between 2013 and 2022 to reach $19.1 trillion.
羅塞夫指出，例如，“一帶一路”倡議是全球基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目投資中最重要的平臺(tái)之一。該倡議在10年內(nèi)投資超過1萬億美元。2013至2022年，中國與“一帶一路”共建國家間貿(mào)易額達(dá)到19.1萬億美元，年均增長6.4％。

"China's role in global supply chains is of particular importance, and we acknowledge the innovative approaches and regulatory enhancements it has embraced. Technologies such as AI (artificial intelligence), blockchain and IoT(internet of things) have revolutionized operations, ensuring transparency, efficiency and sustainability," said Remi Paul, president of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China.
中國法國工商會(huì)會(huì)長賀明表示，“中國在全球供應(yīng)鏈中的角色至關(guān)重要，我們贊許中國應(yīng)用的創(chuàng)新方法和監(jiān)管優(yōu)化。人工智能、區(qū)塊鏈和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等技術(shù)徹底改變了運(yùn)營，確保了透明度、效率和可持續(xù)性。”
