A meeting of the leading group of the Communist Party of China Central Committee on coping with the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak on Monday highlighted fresh challenges from the quick spread of the contagion outside China, saying that implementing epidemic prevention measures at borders is conducive to the orderly and safe flow of people between countries.
