中共中央辦公廳、國務(wù)院辦公廳近日印發(fā)《關(guān)于改革完善社會救助制度的意見》，計(jì)劃用2年左右時(shí)間，建成分層分類、城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的中國特色社會救助體系。
The general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have recently released a directive on reforming and improving the country's social assistance system. The document aims to build a tiered and classified social assistance system with Chinese characteristics for both urban and rural areas in about two years.
