我國(guó)近日印發(fā)《關(guān)于以新業(yè)態(tài)新模式引領(lǐng)新型消費(fèi)加快發(fā)展的意見》，旨在著力補(bǔ)齊新型消費(fèi)短板，去除機(jī)制障礙，推動(dòng)線上線下消費(fèi)有機(jī)融合。
China issued a guideline on accelerating the development of consumption created by new forms of business. The guideline is aimed at shoring up weak links in new forms of consumption, removing institutional obstacles and deepening integration of online and offline consumption.

近年來，我國(guó)以網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物、移動(dòng)支付、線上線下融合等新業(yè)態(tài)新模式為特征的新型消費(fèi)迅速發(fā)展，特別是今年新冠肺炎疫情發(fā)生以來，傳統(tǒng)接觸式線下消費(fèi)受到影響，新型消費(fèi)發(fā)揮了重要作用，有效保障了居民日常生活需要，推動(dòng)了國(guó)內(nèi)消費(fèi)恢復(fù)，促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)企穩(wěn)回升。
《關(guān)于以新業(yè)態(tài)新模式引領(lǐng)新型消費(fèi)加快發(fā)展的意見》提出，經(jīng)過3—5年努力，促進(jìn)新型消費(fèi)發(fā)展的體制機(jī)制和政策體系更加完善，通過進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化新業(yè)態(tài)新模式引領(lǐng)新型消費(fèi)發(fā)展的環(huán)境、進(jìn)一步提升新型消費(fèi)產(chǎn)品的供給質(zhì)量、進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)新型消費(fèi)對(duì)擴(kuò)內(nèi)需穩(wěn)就業(yè)的支撐，到2025年，培育形成一批新型消費(fèi)示范城市和領(lǐng)先企業(yè)，實(shí)物商品網(wǎng)上零售額占社會(huì)消費(fèi)品零售總額比重顯著提高，“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+服務(wù)”等消費(fèi)新業(yè)態(tài)新模式得到普及并趨于成熟。
