國務(wù)院新聞辦近日發(fā)表《中國新型政黨制度》白皮書，闡述了中國政黨制度的鮮明特色和優(yōu)勢。白皮書指出，中國絕不會照搬照抄別國政黨制度模式，也不會將中國政黨制度模式強(qiáng)加于其他國家。
China's State Council Information Office issued a white paper titled "China's Political Party System: Cooperation and Consultation," elaborating on the distinctive characteristics and strengths of the country's political party system. China won't blindly imitate other political party systems or impose its own system on any other country, the white paper said.

政黨制度是現(xiàn)代民主政治的重要實(shí)現(xiàn)形式，是國家政治制度的重要組成部分。中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的多黨合作和政治協(xié)商制度是中國的一項(xiàng)基本政治制度。這一制度既植根中國土壤、彰顯中國智慧，又積極借鑒和吸收人類政治文明優(yōu)秀成果，是中國新型政黨制度。《中華人民共和國憲法》規(guī)定：“中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的多黨合作和政治協(xié)商制度將長期存在和發(fā)展。”
中國新型政黨制度中包括中國共產(chǎn)黨和八個(gè)民主黨派，以及無黨派人士。八個(gè)民主黨派是中國國民黨革命委員會（簡稱民革）、中國民主同盟（簡稱民盟）、中國民主建國會（簡稱民建）、中國民主促進(jìn)會（簡稱民進(jìn)）、中國農(nóng)工民主黨（簡稱農(nóng)工黨）、中國致公黨（簡稱致公黨）、九三學(xué)社、臺灣民主自治同盟（簡稱臺盟）。中國共產(chǎn)黨同各民主黨派長期共存、互相監(jiān)督、肝膽相照、榮辱與共，形成了“共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、多黨派合作，共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政、多黨派參政”的政治格局。
中國新型政黨制度創(chuàng)造了一種新的政黨政治模式，在中國的政治和社會生活中顯示出獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢和強(qiáng)大生命力，在推進(jìn)國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化中發(fā)揮了不可替代的作用，也為人類政治文明發(fā)展作出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。

堅(jiān)持和完善我國新型政黨制度。中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的多黨合作和政治協(xié)商制度是我國的一項(xiàng)基本政治制度，是從中國土壤中生長出來的新型政黨制度，人民政協(xié)要為民主黨派和無黨派人士在政協(xié)更好發(fā)揮作用創(chuàng)造條件。
The CPPCC should support and help improve China’s political party system. The system of multiparty cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the CPC is China’s basic political system and a new model that has grown out of the soil of China. The CPPCC should create conditions for other political parties and prominent individuals without any party affiliation to play a better role in this regard.
