8月7日，海關(guān)總署發(fā)布數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年前7個(gè)月，我國(guó)進(jìn)出口總值23.6萬億元人民幣，比去年同期增長(zhǎng)10.4%。其中，7月份進(jìn)出口總值3.81萬億元，同比增速進(jìn)一步提升為16.6%。分析認(rèn)為，我國(guó)進(jìn)出口頂住壓力，同比增速走出連續(xù)回升曲線，表明我國(guó)外貿(mào)實(shí)力強(qiáng)、韌性足。展望下半年，隨著更多穩(wěn)外貿(mào)政策落地顯效，全年外貿(mào)有望持續(xù)向好。

China's foreign trade posted strong growth in July, and the momentum in trade expansion is expected to continue in the second half of the year, industry experts said on Sunday.
行業(yè)專家8月7日表示，今年7月中國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)強(qiáng)勁，預(yù)計(jì)下半年將繼續(xù)保持貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)頭。

The country's exports in July surged almost 24 percent year-on-year to 2.25 trillion yuan ($330 billion), while imports rose 7.4 percent to 1.56 trillion yuan, said the General Administration of Customs. Total trade in July hit 3.81 trillion yuan, up 16.6 percent from a year earlier. For the first seven months, China's imports and exports totaled 23.6 trillion yuan, rising 10.4 percent year-on-year.

"The fast pace in foreign trade growth has fully demonstrated the competitiveness of China in the sector when its industrial chain gradually restores normal performance," said Zhou Mi, a senior researcher at the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation in Beijing. "The growth is quite remarkable, as it comes amid growing uncertainties in the global economy and trade."
商務(wù)部國(guó)際貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟(jì)合作研究院高級(jí)研究員周密表示：“外貿(mào)快速增長(zhǎng)充分顯示了在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈逐漸恢復(fù)正常后中國(guó)在外貿(mào)領(lǐng)域的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)和貿(mào)易日益不確定的情況下，這一增長(zhǎng)相當(dāng)顯著。”

The export growth in July was the highest for the year and beat expectations. It was up about 2 percentage points from the better-than-expected export growth of 22 percent in June.
7月份出口同比增速為今年以來最好表現(xiàn)，超過預(yù)期。與6月份22%的出口增長(zhǎng)率相比，增長(zhǎng)了約2%。

Many analysts were worried the slowdown in the world's economy would dampen China's export performance. The fresh data will boost market confidence in the nation's foreign trade and economy, the analysts said.

China's foreign exchange reserves stood at $3.104 trillion at the end of July, up $32.8 billion or 1.07 percent from a month earlier, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange said on Sunday.
國(guó)家外匯管理局8月7日表示，截至7月底，中國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備為3.104萬億美元，環(huán)比增長(zhǎng)1.07%，增加了328億美元。

Analysts said the increase was due to a rise in international bond and stock markets and the resilient trade surplus of the country, which offset a decline in foreign exchange reserves caused by a rising US dollar.

Imports are likely to log double-digit growth in August or September, while exports will also remain strong, said Wei, who is now vice-president of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges.
魏建國(guó)稱，進(jìn)口同比增長(zhǎng)預(yù)計(jì)在8月或者9月可達(dá)兩位數(shù)，而出口也將保持強(qiáng)勁。

Zhou, with the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation, said the nation's stable foreign trade expansion is mainly attributable to its steady economic and trade cooperation with major trading partners. There is also a growing number of market entities in the foreign trade sector, which he said reflects market confidence in China's foreign trade and will help boost global trade cooperation.

The General Administration of Customs said the value of China's trade with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations during the first seven months was 3.53 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.2 percent, while the value with the European Union was 3.23 trillion yuan, up 8.9 percent, and with the United States, 2.93 trillion yuan, an increase of 11.8 percent.

Li Kuiwen, director of the statistics and analysis department at the General Administration of Customs, said implementation of the RCEP agreement has boosted regional economic and trade cooperation, providing new impetus for the region's recovery and development.

Zhou of the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation believes that trade potential in the region will be gradually unleashed by the RCEP, which took effect in January.
