工信部日前發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年1至7月，全國規(guī)模以上中小工業(yè)企業(yè)營業(yè)收入、利潤總額分別同比增長8.1%和1.6%，中小企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營呈企穩(wěn)態(tài)勢，為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)運行奠定了堅實基礎(chǔ)。

China's small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) showed stable development in the first seven months of the year, laying a solid foundation for the steady operation of the country's macroeconomy, official data showed Tuesday.

8月30日的官方數(shù)據(jù)顯示，我國中小企業(yè)今年1-7月生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營呈企穩(wěn)態(tài)勢，為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)運行奠定了堅實基礎(chǔ)。

The combined operating revenue of the country's major small and medium-sized industrial firms rose 8.1 percent year-on-year in the January-July period, data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology showed. The profits of these companies during the period were up 1.6 percent from a year earlier.

工業(yè)和信息化部的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年1至7月，全國規(guī)模以上中小工業(yè)企業(yè)營業(yè)收入、利潤總額分別同比增長8.1%和1.6%。

Preferential policies have been rolled out to ease the financial burden of smaller businesses and further boost their vitality.

In the first half, the country's micro, small and medium-sized enterprises received nearly 1.8 trillion yuan ($261.62 billion) in tax-and-fee cuts and deferrals, as well as tax refunds, official data showed.

官方數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年上半年，中小微企業(yè)享受新增減稅降費及退稅緩稅緩費近1.8萬億元。

The ministry has published the list of the fourth batch of "little giant" companies, which contains more than 4,300 companies that represent the novel elites of China's SMEs that specialize in a niche market, boast cutting-edge technologies and show great potential.

工信部發(fā)布了第四批專精特新“小巨人”企業(yè)名單，其中包括4300多家從事細(xì)分領(lǐng)域、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ蟮闹行∑髽I(yè)。

Despite the impact of COVID-19, the average annual operating revenue growth of these companies logged a rapid increase of over 20 percent in the past two years, according to Liang Zhifeng, an official from the ministry.

工信部官員梁志峰指出，盡管面對新冠疫情的沖擊，近兩年這些企業(yè)的戶均年平均營業(yè)收入增長都在20%以上，增長態(tài)勢明顯。

Liang said the ministry will take further measures in the fields of funding, talent and technologies to create a better environment for the development of "little giant" firms.

梁志峰表示，工信部將為“小巨人”企業(yè)營造更好更優(yōu)的發(fā)展環(huán)境，進(jìn)一步在資金、人才、技術(shù)等方面，不斷完善培育服務(wù)舉措。
