中國發(fā)展高層論壇2024年年會(huì)于3月24日至25日在北京舉行，這次以“持續(xù)發(fā)展的中國”為主題的年會(huì)吸引了各界人士的目光。國際機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)人及全球商界領(lǐng)袖看好中國經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，對(duì)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)前景充滿信心，認(rèn)為中國將繼續(xù)成為拉動(dòng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要引擎。

"China's remarkable journey stands as a testament to what's possible," said Ajay Banga, president of the World Bank Group, at the forum.
世界銀行行長彭安杰在論壇上表示，“中國的非凡歷程證明了一切皆有可能。”

His views are echoed by Masatsugu Asakawa, president of the Asian Development Bank, saying that he is encouraged by the progress China has made in its development. "Looking ahead for China we see a stable growth trajectory in 2024, within the target range announced by the government," said Masatsugu Asakawa.
亞洲開發(fā)銀行行長淺川雅嗣也認(rèn)為，中國取得的發(fā)展成就令人鼓舞。展望未來，相信中國在2024年將實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)非常穩(wěn)定的增長軌跡，并且也將實(shí)現(xiàn)政府宣布的增長目標(biāo)。

In her speech, International Monetary Fund Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva said that China is transforming its economy from high rates to high quality of growth and that high-quality development ultimately depends on reforms.
國際貨幣基金組織總裁克里斯塔利娜·格奧爾基耶娃在講話中表示，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)正從高速度增長轉(zhuǎn)向高質(zhì)量增長，而高質(zhì)量發(fā)展最終依賴于改革。

She acknowledged China's leading position in artificial intelligence, saying China's well-developed digital infrastructure provides a head start. In terms of advancing the green economy, she described China as a global leader in deploying renewable energy with enormous potential, adding that China was making rapid progress in green mobility.
她認(rèn)為，中國在人工智能領(lǐng)域處于全球領(lǐng)先地位，發(fā)達(dá)的數(shù)字基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施為其提供了領(lǐng)先一步的優(yōu)勢。在發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)方面，中國在可再生能源利用方面走在全球前列，擁有巨大潛力，在綠色出行方面也取得了長足進(jìn)展。

"China's remarkable development success has delivered tremendous benefits to hundreds of millions of people," she said and expressed her confidence that China and the world can tackle the current challenges and create a more prosperous future for all through cooperation.
格奧爾基耶娃稱，中國已經(jīng)取得了顯著的發(fā)展成就，并給億萬人民帶來了巨大的福祉。相信中國和世界能夠通過合作應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前的挑戰(zhàn)，為人類創(chuàng)造更加繁榮的未來。

"L'Oreal will continue to invest in China as we believe that investing in China is investing in the future," said Nicolas Hieronimus, chief executive officer (CEO) of the France-based cosmetic giant, adding that the CDF reflects China's determination to embrace a new era of high-quality development.
歐萊雅集團(tuán)首席執(zhí)行官葉鴻慕表示，此次論壇反映出中國追求高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的決心，“歐萊雅將繼續(xù)在中國投資，因?yàn)槲覀兿嘈牛顿Y中國就是投資未來”。

Milind Pant, CEO of Amway Corp., said China has been the company's largest, fastest growing and most important strategic market for over 20 years. Amway China has seen a sales growth of 7 percent annually on average over the past three years, said Pant, adding that Amway will continue to invest in China. "China's advantage presented by complete industry chains and innovative ecosystems are now widely recognized and highly regarded by multinationals," he said.
安利全球首席執(zhí)行官潘睦鄰表示，20多年來，中國一直是安利在全球最大的市場，也是增長最快、最好的市場。過去三年，安利中國的銷售額平均每年增長7%，安利將繼續(xù)在中國投資，“中國完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)所展現(xiàn)的優(yōu)勢得到了跨國公司的廣泛認(rèn)可和高度贊許”。

Pascal Soriot, CEO of British biopharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca, said the company had been in China for over 30 years and noted that it had become its important growth engine by revenue. "We are here because China is at the forefront of using artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and renewable energy to shape the future of healthcare, and we believe that Chinese-born innovation can help millions of patients worldwide," he said.
阿斯利康全球首席執(zhí)行官蘇博科表示，阿斯利康在中國已經(jīng)有30多年的歷史，中國已成為其重要的增長引擎。他說：“中國在將人工智能、生物技術(shù)和可再生能源應(yīng)用于醫(yī)療保健領(lǐng)域方面處于前沿地位，相信中國的科技創(chuàng)新能夠幫助全球數(shù)百萬患者。”

"China is absolutely critical for the world growth. If China doesn't grow, the world is not growing," said Antoine de Saint-Affrique, CEO of Danone, a food and beverage multinational. De Saint-Affrique said that Chinese government is doing its commitment of around 5 percent growth rate in a way that is sustainable, and is unleashing the new quality productive forces, which gives him huge confidence in the market.
達(dá)能全球首席執(zhí)行官盛睿安直言，“中國對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長至關(guān)重要。如果中國停止增長，那么全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長也將停滯。” 他表示，中國政府承諾將以可持續(xù)的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)5%左右的增長目標(biāo)，不斷釋放新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力的潛力，這大大增強(qiáng)了達(dá)能對(duì)中國市場的信心。
