12月24日，中、日、韓三國發(fā)表了《中日韓合作未來十年展望》，通過了“中日韓+X”早期收獲項目清單等成果文件，表示將加強多個領域的合作。展望文件指出，將在RCEP談判成果的基礎上，加快中日韓自貿協定談判，力爭達成全面、高質量、互惠且具有自身價值的自貿協定。
China, the Republic of Korea (ROK) and Japan on Tuesday released the Trilateral Cooperation Vision for the Next Decade and the Trilateral + X Cooperation Early Harvest Projects, vowing to enhance their cooperation in multiple areas. The three countries will speed up the negotiations on the Trilateral Free Trade Agreement, aiming to realize a comprehensive, high-quality and mutually beneficial Trilateral Free Trade Agreement with its own value, according to the statement.

【知識點】
自由貿易協定（FTA）目前已成為區(qū)域貿易協定的主要形式，全球貨物、服務、金融和數據流在這張龐大重疊的FTA網絡之中流動。經過穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，中國現已初步形成立足周邊、輻射“帶路”、面向全球的FTA網絡。
中日韓自貿協定是中國高度重視的自貿協定。從2013年3月底中日韓自貿協定第一輪談判，到2019年11月底的第16輪談判，中日韓三方的談判涉及貨物和服務市場開放、投資、原產地、通關、競爭、電子商務等問題，并在最近的一輪談判中就推動談判全面提速達成共識。
中日韓自貿協定談判面臨的最新機遇是區(qū)域全面經濟伙伴關系協定（RCEP）15個成員國已經完成談判，并準備在2020年簽署協定。中日韓三方已經決定在RCEP的基礎上談判，打造RCEP+的自貿協定。

中國愿同更多國家商簽高標準自由貿易協定，加快中歐投資協定、中日韓自由貿易協定、中國－海合會自由貿易協定談判進程。中國將積極參與聯合國、二十國集團、亞太經合組織、金磚國家等機制合作，共同推動經濟全球化向前發(fā)展。
