教育部、中央宣傳部等九部門近日印發(fā)《中西部欠發(fā)達地區(qū)優(yōu)秀教師定向培養(yǎng)計劃》。計劃明確，從2021年起，教育部直屬師范大學(xué)與地方師范院校采取定向方式，每年為脫貧縣和中西部陸地邊境縣中小學(xué)校培養(yǎng)1萬名左右?guī)煼渡瑥脑搭^上改善中西部欠發(fā)達地區(qū)中小學(xué)教師隊伍質(zhì)量。

About 10,000 normal college students will receive targeted training annually from 2021 in a bid to improve the performance of primary and middle school teachers in underdeveloped areas in China's central and western regions, according to a recent plan. The special training will be conducted by normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education (MOE) and local-level normal colleges for schools in counties that emerged from poverty and along the land borders, says the plan released by nine departments including the MOE and the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee.

這批師范生，既是立足當(dāng)前、實現(xiàn)鞏固教育脫貧攻堅成果與鄉(xiāng)村振興有效銜接的生力軍，又是面向未來、扎根基層辦好中國特色、世界水平的社會主義教育的先遣隊。他們將與現(xiàn)在中西部欠發(fā)達地區(qū)教書育人一線的廣大教師一起，鞏固教育脫貧攻堅成果，推動教育優(yōu)質(zhì)均衡發(fā)展，實現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村教育振興。

推動城鄉(xiāng)義務(wù)教育一體化發(fā)展，高度重視農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育，辦好學(xué)前教育、特殊教育和網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育，普及高中階段教育，努力讓每個孩子都能享有公平而有質(zhì)量的教育。
