國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局日前同意在河北省霸州市建設(shè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)快速維權(quán)中心。霸州快速維權(quán)中心是河北省布局建設(shè)的第一家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)快速維權(quán)中心，將面向家具產(chǎn)業(yè)更高效地開展知識產(chǎn)權(quán)快速維權(quán)工作。至此，全國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)快速維權(quán)中心達(dá)到27家。

China has approved the establishment of a new fast intellectual property rights (IPR) service center to provide quicker services for IPR protection issues in Bazhou, north China's Hebei province, according to the National Intellectual Property Administration (NIPA). The first of its kind in the province, the fast IPR service center will focus on offering more efficient IPR protection services for enterprises in the furniture industry. China has established 27 fast IPR service centers nationwide.

其中，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)快速維權(quán)中心面向縣域產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)產(chǎn)品更新快、對外觀設(shè)計(jì)維權(quán)需求強(qiáng)烈的小商品等領(lǐng)域，提供集外觀設(shè)計(jì)快速預(yù)審、快速確權(quán)、快速維權(quán)為一體的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)公益服務(wù)，大幅縮短外觀設(shè)計(jì)的審查周期，實(shí)現(xiàn)外觀設(shè)計(jì)“當(dāng)季申請，當(dāng)季授權(quán)”，有利于支持傳統(tǒng)勞動密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級。

健全知識產(chǎn)權(quán)綜合管理體制。要統(tǒng)籌做好知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)、反壟斷、公平競爭審查等工作，促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新要素自主有序流動、高效配置。
