2024年10月21日，中共中央、國務(wù)院發(fā)布關(guān)于深化產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊伍建設(shè)改革的意見，提出力爭到2035年，培養(yǎng)造就2000名左右大國工匠、10000名左右省級工匠、50000名左右市級工匠。

Through deepening reforms in the building of its industrial workforce, the country aims to foster approximately 2,000 national-level master artisans, 10,000 provincial-level master artisans and 50,000 city-level master artisans who are highly knowledgeable and have high levels of technical and innovative skills by 2035, according to a set of guidelines issued by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council on October 21, 2024.

【知識點】

傳統(tǒng)意義上的工匠可理解為“手藝人”，即具有專門技藝特長的手工業(yè)勞動者。現(xiàn)在對工匠的理解除了手藝人之外，還包括技術(shù)工人或普通熟練工人。一般認(rèn)為，工匠精神包括高超的技藝和精湛的技能，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致、專注負(fù)責(zé)的工作態(tài)度，精雕細(xì)琢、精益求精的工作理念，以及對職業(yè)的認(rèn)同感、責(zé)任感。2020年11月，在全國勞動模范和先進(jìn)工作者表彰大會上，習(xí)近平總書記這樣闡釋工匠精神的深刻內(nèi)涵：“執(zhí)著專注、精益求精、一絲不茍、追求卓越”。

近年來，從推動技能轉(zhuǎn)型，積極應(yīng)對經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革，到強(qiáng)化協(xié)同培育，提升人才培養(yǎng)與配置效率，再到優(yōu)化開展新型學(xué)徒制，實施“新八級工”職業(yè)技能等級制度，一系列制度設(shè)計有力推動了大國工匠脫穎而出。

《中共中央 國務(wù)院關(guān)于深化產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊伍建設(shè)改革的意見》明確主要目標(biāo)：力爭到2035年，培養(yǎng)造就2000名左右大國工匠、10000名左右省級工匠、50000名左右市級工匠，以培養(yǎng)更多大國工匠和各級工匠人才為引領(lǐng)，帶動一流產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)工人隊伍建設(shè)，為以中國式現(xiàn)代化全面推進(jìn)強(qiáng)國建設(shè)、民族復(fù)興偉業(yè)提供有力人才保障和技能支撐。

We should make coordinated efforts in developing vocational education, higher education and continuing education, and promoting integration between vocational education and general education, between industry and education, and between science and education, so as to continuously cultivate high-caliber technicians and skilled workers and master craftsmen.
